Xerxes Ellison '26 Recruiting Profile

My name is Xerxes Ellison and I am currently a Junior at Smith Station High School, Alabama. I am successful on the mat and in the classroom. I have had all A's since elementary school, and I have taken all advanced/honors classes for as long as they have been offered at my school. I am ranked second in my class, and I have an ACT score of 33. I participate in and lead many extracurriculars. I am the vice president of Beta Club, and I am involved in another clubs such as; FBLA, NHS, SNHS, and Rho Kappa. I am on the varsity wrestling team. As a second year starter, I qualified for state by placing first at super sectionals. I finished off the season with a record of 39-4, and I placed 2nd at State. Wrestling is my true passion, and it is my goal to win State next year. I would like to attend a College that challenges me academically and to proudly represent my school on the mat.
