Jacob Brooke '26 Recruiting Profile

hi my name is Jacob Brooke, i am a very deliciated wrestler i use to attended Coring Union High School, i competed for their wrestling team and easily made varsity my freshman year, i didn't do the best overall my Freshman and Sophomore year because i didn't have very many practice partners and i didn't have very good coaches that cared about me the way that i needed. At the start of my Junior year (this current year)i have made the decision to transfer to a new school, i currently attend Chico High School (ca) where i can better my wrestling skills and take it to a whole knew level, i am very grateful of these coaches i have improved so much in the short time i have been at chico high and that is thanks to my new coaches that have been on my side though this journey for me, helping me throughout the way and helping me overcome obstacles i never even thought i could overcome, just last season i didn't place podium at masters, i was really upset, this year i have put in so much work and training, i not only placed on podium at masters i was so close to winning it, i ended up going 2-2 at state and i surprised myself, with the right coaches i can overcome any obstacles that come across my path, like my youth coach Luis Hernandez told me "you are the 1 percent that can do anything and achieve anything you want to",
