Alfred Avilés '20 Recruiting Profile

Seaman Recruit Aviles was an excellent recruit at the U.S. Navy Recruit Training Command. He Was there for a total of 3 months and 25 days. He was medically discharged for adjustment disorder with anxiety and erroneous enlistment. His accomplishments are : communication,teamwork,stress management,adaptability,decision making,critical thinking,non verbal communication,problem solving,patience,discipline,time management,and Leadership. Other Accomplishments are that he was in three leadership roles during training. He was RPOC, AROC, And Yeoman. RPOC (Recruit Chief Petty Officers) are in charge of the Division and are 1st in the recruit chain of command. AROC (Assistant Recruit Petty Officers) are second in command and assist the RPOC in anything they need. Yeoman is third in command and their job is to make sure muster (attendance and appointments)are their top priority. he is a natural leader and always helps others when in need I think he is an excellent choice for these positions. During Separations, one of his goals was to be a physical education teacher and I think hell be a great teacher.
