I have been wrestling since the 3rd grade. I believe my successful seasons were confidence builders. However, it was my tough seasons that made me a better wrestler. Perseverance and resilience are key to digging deep when you think you have nothing left to give. My attitude is an attribute to any team, and I truly believe that there is so much more I can achieve on the mat. I hope to one day lead a wrestling team of my own and pass my love of the sport and skills onto the next generation. The time I spend volunteering/coaching with the EMF Youth Wrestling program has inspired me to work with children. My educational goal is to become a PE/Health educator for K-12. I work well with children and believe helping young minds grow is a calling I would love to answer.
