Wrestling has been good to me and gave me a lot to offer. I remember moving almost 800 miles from Wisconsin to New Jersey and I didn't have many friends and I was a little weird. But when I got the field to show everyone what I can do that's when I start building relationships with teammates. Wrestling has taught me discipline and work ethic and what you give is what you get.
But the greatest feeling in wrestling is winning and the way you got there, what you've done to get there . The brotherhood I share with the guys in the locker room is something I've never felt before. I didn't really have friends down in the wrestling room ,I only knew a couple people . But After a month of the practices I formed strong bonds with the wrestlers. And we did beautiful things like become back to back state champions and beat everyone with a margin of 20+ . Also I got the experience to practice and wrestle with some of the best wrestlers in the state. And it paid off I finished 20-7 and I am on the 1st team olympic conference all-star team.
