Ryan Langenmayr '25 Recruiting Profile

Hi my name is Ryan Langenmayr, I am currently a Junior at Lakeland Regional High School in New Jersey. I am a two-sport varsity athlete, but wrestling has been my passion for as long as I can remember. My earliest memories in life include being surrounded by wrestlers and watching my older brother excel in the sport. Wrestling has not only helped me to be physically strong, but it has also helped me mentally. 

One of the greatest assets I would bring to a team that is not reflected in the above accomplishments is my upbeat and positive attitude I maintain while putting 110% effort into every practice I attend.  

My goals are to compete at a collegiate level, become an All-American, and succeed academically.
