Nathan Longo '16 Recruiting Profile

I am the hardest worker in the room.  I push myself every practice, stay after practice every day to get extra work in, and get up at 6:00 am to lift 3 days a week.  I pride myself on working hard, and I see the benefits.  These benefits stretch from social experiences, to school, to jobs, and especially to wrestling.  I completed my third year as a varsity wrestler for Dublin Coffman High School, a well known academic and athletic high school.  This season I finished with a record of 33-9 and I received First-Team All-Conference in the OCC Central division, the hardest division of perhaps the best conference in the state.  I have qualified for districts the last two years, and although I fell short of my goals of making it to state this year, I am determined to reach them this season.  In college, I would apply this same hard-working mantra to both wrestling and my academics.  I provide a great emphasis on my studies as I've maintained great grades and test scores throughout high school.  I aspire to be a successful engineer, which would require rigorous academic work.  As a standout hardworking individual, I believe I am a great candidate for college wrestling.
