Trent Johnson '26 Recruiting Profile

I am a multi sport athlete. I wrestle at 190 and play football as a TE and DE.  I was NWOAL CHAMP this year in weight class 190.  Beating a senior who was a 3x state qualifier and 3rd in state. I just won the Sectionals Championship last weekend. So far this year I have podiumed at every tournament. I think I am an easy going person but lock in at game time. I am looking for a coach who can make me the best and take me to the next level. I am a coachable competitive athlete. My strength in wrestling is when I am on my feet and pressure on top. I would say my cardio is my weakness, but my coaches are helping me work on that this year. I have wrestled since I was young. As a freshman I went to state and finished 7th/ Last year in 2024 I competed with the Wauseon wrestling club at Disney Duals in Tampa Florida and finished 2nd. 

I live in a small town Ohio with my parents, brother and twin sister. Sports are my life, and I really want to compete at a college level.
