Zaidan Kessler '23 Recruiting Profile

I am a senior at Wauseon high school, and I am looking to further my academic and athletic career at the college level. My biggest characteristic is my work ethic and my drive to be the best in the classroom and on the mat. One thing about myself is my drive to win, I will never give up or give in and I do not see losing as a failure but as a learning experience to better myself! Going into the State Tournament my Junior year, I was predicted #3 and due to a devastating injury during the tournament it ended my tournament run. Obviously, that was a huge, heart-breaking disappointment for me but I'm coming in hot as a Senior and ready to grab that State Champion Title that I have worked so hard for.

 My goal is to find a college that I can show my abilities and talents to and that will push me to do my best and that I can also push my teammates to be the best!
