Their profile will make them immediately visible to college Men's Swimming coaches in search engines and on the NCSASports.org website.  Second, students or their parents must talk to an qualified NCSA scout who will conduct an in-depth recruiting analysis to make sure the student athlete meets or exceeds the minimum requirements to get a Men's Swimming scholarship.  NCSA then automatically connects eligible student athletes with appropriate Men's Swimming programs by sending their recruiting profile to the right college coaches.  Lastly, NCSA's scouts utilize their current relationships to make sure coaches view the athlete's profile and utilize their experience to help guide him or her throughout the entire recruiting process.
