Their profile will make them immediately visible to college Softball coaches in search engines and on the NCSASports.org website.  Once the profile is created, parents or students must speak over the phone with an experienced NCSA scout who will do a thorough recruiting analysis to make sure the student athlete meets the minimum conditions to obtain a Softball scholarship.  NCSA then automatically connects eligible athletes with suitable Softball programs by sending their recruiting profile to the right college coaches.  Finally, NCSA's scouts utilize their current relationships to make sure coaches view the athlete's profile and employ their experience to help guide her or him throughout the entire recruiting process.
