For more than a decade, the NCSA team has been steadfast in its mission to connect promising, young high school Softball athletes with college coaches across the nation. As early as 8th or 9th grade, they begin helping students increase their chances of competing in college sports by educating them on the recruiting process and taking the required steps to improve their visibility and reputation among college Softball coaches and scouts. Earning a Softball scholarship to college used to be a full-time job for those just beginning the recruiting process, but now this crucial journey can be led by the recruitment specialists at NCSA. Student athletes wishing to use NCSA to help them in their search for a Softball scholarship have to first make their free profile. Their profile will make them instantly visible to college Softball coaches in search engines and on the NCSASports.org website. Next, parents or students must speak over the phone with a qualified NCSA scout who will conduct a thorough recruiting analysis to ensure that the student athlete meets the minimum conditions to get a Softball scholarship. NCSA then automatically connects eligible student athletes with suitable Softball programs by sending their recruiting profile to the right college coaches. Lastly, NCSA's scouts use their ongoing relationships to make certain coaches see the athlete's profile and use their experience to help guide her or him throughout the entire recruiting process.
