The free profile will make them instantly visible to college Softball coaches in search engines and on the NCSASports.org website.  Once the profile is created, parents or students must speak over the phone with an qualified NCSA scout who will do a complete recruiting analysis to make sure the student athlete meets the minimum conditions to get a Softball scholarship.  NCSA then automatically connects eligible student athletes with well-matched Softball programs by sending their recruiting profile to the appropriate college coaches.  Lastly, NCSA's scouts utilize their current relationships to make certain coaches see the athlete's profile and employ their experience to help guide her or him throughout the entire recruiting process.
