Doing so will make them instantly visible to college Softball coaches in search engines and on the NCSASports.org website.  Once the profile is created, students or their parents must talk to an knowledgeable NCSA scout who will perform a thorough recruiting analysis to make sure the student athlete meets or exceeds the minimum conditions to attain a Softball scholarship.  NCSA then automatically connects qualified athletes with suitable Softball programs by sending their recruiting profile to the appropriate college coaches.  Finally, NCSA's scouts use their current relationships to make sure coaches see the athlete's profile and utilize their experience to help guide her or him throughout the entire recruiting process.
