Right now NCSA has 19135 active high-school Women's Swimming athletes, and each one of these potential recruits can easily connect with 929 coaches at 440 colleges and universities througout the country offering Women's Swimming athletic scholarships.  In total, NCSA has helped over 40417 Women's Swimming athletes during their search for athletic scholarships and making their dreams of completing a degree while participating in college sports a reality.   For more than a decade, the NCSA team has been unwavering in its mission to connect promising, young high school Women's Swimming athletes with college coaches across the nation.  As early as 8th or 9th grade, they begin helping students increase their prospects of playing college sports by teaching them about the recruiting process and taking the necessary steps to improve their visibility and reputation among college Women's Swimming coaches and scouts.  Getting a Women's Swimming scholarship to college used to be a full-time job for those unfamiliar with the recruiting process, but now this critical journey can be facilitated by the recruitment specialists at NCSA.   Student athletes wishing to use NCSA to aid them in their search for a Women's Swimming scholarship must first create their free profile. The free profile will make them immediately visible to college Women's Swimming coaches on NCSASports.org and in search engines.  Once the profile is created, parents or students must speak over the phone with an qualified NCSA scout who will do a thorough recruiting analysis to ensure that the student athlete meets the minimum requirements to attain a Women's Swimming scholarship.  NCSA then automatically connects eligible student athletes with suitable Women's Swimming programs by sending their recruiting profile to the right college coaches.  Lastly, NCSA's scouts utilize their current relationships to make certain coaches see the athlete's profile and utilize their experience to help guide her or him throughout the entire recruiting process.
