Their profile will make them immediately visible to college Women's Swimming coaches in search engines and on the NCSASports.org website.  Once the profile is created, students or their parents must speak over the phone with an knowledgeable NCSA scout who will do a thorough recruiting analysis to make sure the student athlete meets the minimum requirements to obtain a Women's Swimming scholarship.  NCSA then automatically connects eligible athletes with suitable Women's Swimming programs by sending their recruiting profile to the appropriate college coaches.  Finally, NCSA's scouts use their current relationships to ensure coaches see the athlete's profile and employ their experience to help guide her or him through every step of the recruiting process.
