“We are a DII women only swimming program who competes within the PSAC conference. Our coaching staff works hard at helping each athlete to maximize their potential. Our practices consist of quality yardage, race focused sets that are designed for the athletes specific event. The sets are thought provoking and allow the swimmers to increase their understanding of how to swim their event efficiently and effectively. We also understand the demands of being a student athlete, so we have developed a flexible practice schedule that allows the athlete to be successful both in and out of the water. Our team as made Academic All American for the last 6 years. We value the grow of our athletes and help them to strive an all facets of their lives.”
