NCSA currently has 1879 active high-school Women's Water Polo athletes, and each one of these potential recruits can easily connect with 125 coaches at 71 colleges and universities across the nation offering Women's Water Polo athletic scholarships.  In total, NCSA has aided more than 5432 Women's Water Polo athletes during their search for athletic scholarships and making their dreams of earning a degree while participating in college sports a reality.   For more than a decade, the NCSA team has been unwavering in its mission to connect promising, student Women's Water Polo athletes with college coaches throughout the U.S.  Starting as soon as 8th or 9th grade, they begin helping students improve their odds of participating in college sports by educating them on the recruiting process and taking the essential steps to improve their visibility and reputation among college Women's Water Polo coaches and scouts.  Earning a Women's Water Polo scholarship to college used to be a full-time job for those unfamiliar with the recruiting process, but now this crucial journey can be led by the recruitment experts at NCSA.   Student athletes wishing to use NCSA to help them in their search for a Women's Water Polo scholarship must first create their free profile. The free profile will make them immediately visible to college Women's Water Polo coaches in search engines and on the NCSASports.org website.  Second, parents or students must speak over the phone with an knowledgeable NCSA scout who will do a thorough recruiting analysis to ensure that the student athlete meets the minimum requirements to obtain a Women's Water Polo scholarship.  NCSA then automatically connects eligible student athletes with suitable Women's Water Polo programs by sending their recruiting profile to the appropriate college coaches.  Lastly, NCSA's scouts utilize their current relationships to make certain coaches view the athlete's profile and use their experience to help guide her or him through every step of the recruiting process.
