Keaton Massanelli '26 Recruiting Profile

My name is Keaton Massanelli and I have grown up around sports my entire life.  My Grandfather has been a coach at my high school for over 30 years.  I have been raised to always count your blessings and put God first in everything.  I have been taught that you have to work hard at any goal you want to achieve.  It has been embedded within me that leadership is a rare quality and that you must not only show leadership to your teammates but also off the field by giving respect and showing kindness to everyone.  I work hard at everything I do whether it is athletics, schoolwork, or just working part time jobs.  My stepfather, who grew up in farming has always told me a saying that was told to him that goes like this, Life is 50% work ethic and 50% God's will.  I can't guarantee you even though you put in 110% effort in your 50% doesn't mean that your dreams will come true, but I can guarantee you that if you don't put in 110% then your dreams will never come true."

I have a passion for sports, especially baseball.  I work out every chance I get to improve my skills that can get me to the next level after high school.  I have always dreamed as most kids do of competing at the highest level I can.  I am a dedicated player that will be willing to push myself to be the best player I can be at the college level.  I can be that trusted player for any organization to not only push myself to excel on the field but also in the classroom and the community.  I have 4 younger brothers that look up to me so I make sure that I try my hardest to show them the right way to live your life and always give it your all in everything you do.
