Personal Statement

I am a tough competitor that is looking for and opportunity to attend a university that values winning on the field and in the class room. I have played competitive tournament baseball for the past 12 years, primarily in the Catcher position. I have also been a starting Quarterback through youth football, junior high and as a sophomore, junior and senior in High School. In both baseball and football, I have worked hard in the off season to improve my skills, strength and speed. I am a leader and good student that is serious about using my involvement in sports to help me obtain a degree from a reputable college. Some of my most valued relationships have come from my involvement in sports and I want my college experience to result in the same. I believe that I will be a valuable asset to any program and university.
