Deegan Barnes '23 Recruiting Profile

I’ve always had the goal of playing and competing at the collegiate level. It’s been something I worked for and strived for every day. My entire life has revolved around sports and mainly football. Everything I do is to make me better on the field and in my own personal life. I’m a three sport athlete with football being my main sport. I have been a varsity player for four years and have always been a player that the coaches can rely on. Throughout my life in all the sports I have done, I have been at the top and always competed with the best of the best. I’ve been told my whole life that I am extremely dedicated and coachable by all the coaches I have had. I’ve been told by many coaches that I have attributes that you can’t teach, which makes me trustworthy and reliable. My goal is to play for a team and coaching staff that believes in me. I want to help that team and all of my teammates to get better, I want to elevate the level of play of the program. That is what I am and those are my goals.
