Christopher Davis '15 Recruiting Profile

My name is Chris Davis, I am a 2015 graduate at Avon Old Farms School in Avon, Connecticut. I am an outfielder and a left handed pitcher. My upcoming junior season will be my third year of experience on the Avon Varsity Baseball Team. I am looking to start in centerfield and hit in the top third of the lineup this season, as my team hunts for our eighth straight Founders' League Championship.

What I can offer to a team is my leadership and my commitment to excellence. I am a member of the Student Council at Avon, and seen as a top member of my class. I was also recently selected as a member Under Armour Underclass All-American Team. I work hard on the field, in the classroom, and in the weight room, accepting nothing less than my best in every situation. My goal is to play collegiate baseball at the highest level possible, while also pursuing a degree in Communication or Political Science. This degree would help me to pursue a career in journalism.
