I believe the most important part of baseball is making sure everyone works together as a team to reach our goals.  It is just as important to support those who are down as it is to celebrate those who make great plays.  Each individual must work hard and be a good contributor to the team, and I intend to keep working hard beyond the requirements of practices and games.  I try to do this on the teams I play for, in off-season workouts, and on my own during season.  I also try to do this in my life and not just with sports, and I hope I show that with my academics.

In college, I hope to work toward a business degree so I can take my passion for sports and develop a business to support those growing up.  I feel this makes sense for me based on my experience as an athlete and my desire to help those around me.
