Personal Statement

I desire to play competitive baseball at the highest level and want to contribute to a winning program. I have natural talent as a hitter and am a heart-of-the-lineup batter. Plate discipline, elite hands, and bat speed/power are my best attributes. As a corner infielder, I have above average fielding skills and a high baseball IQ. I am a clutch performer and have proven that many times. All the velos, metrics, etc. mean nothing if a baseball player can’t execute in a real game setting. This is what makes me different than most prospects - I get it done on the field. This is why I am confident that I can play baseball at an elite college level.
