Seth Bennett '21 Recruiting Profile

Since second grade my plan has been to get a academic and sports scholarship. For many reasons but mainly because I knew my mom wouldn’t be able to pay for it . Most of my life we have struggled to live . Meaning many nights with little food many times moving home to home and with little help from mine or my siblings fathers . I have been through what most adults have never even seen in there lives . This is more then a dream to me. This is my future , my life. I don’t like to call my goals dreams, because as my uncle once said “if thoughts and words can manifest itself enough they to become reality “ . Sadly this also happens for bad thoughts which is why I work myself so much without baseball I would most likely have followed in my fathers or older brothers footsteps ended up in jail ,dead , or even worse . These are just a few things about me that I feel show some reasoning behind my dedication and drive to be the best at anything I set my body soul and mind too .
