November 2016I wish to pursue a degree in criminal justice and follow in my father's footsteps. I eventually would like to work for a federal law enforcement agency.
I consider my academics most important and have had to learn to manage my time and my studies while playing baseball year round. I have been taught how the decisions I make today will effect my goals for tomorrow and always think before I act. I have also been taught the value of hard work and staying humble. I was taught to always learn from every coach that offers an opinion and to value their opinion.
I am dedicated to improving my game on and off the field. I work on my physical fitness regularly to improve my strength and conditioning. I know that playing collegiate baseball would be a great opportunity and I know I must work hard to achieve this goal. This year I started at third base for my high school team that went to the FHSAA 5A state playoffs. I consider myself a utility player who can also pitch.
I feel that I am a well rounded person and have played tackle football, golf, and basketball. I also contribute to my community by being a volunteer baseball coach for younger players, attend and participate in veterans fundraisers, and helping others in my community. My off the field interests are boating, fishing, and diving.
This past summer (2017) I played for the X Team. I played the outfield, infield, and also pitched. I will be playing the Fall 2017 season for X Team (2018 Grads) and also for my high school. The X Team schedule can be found on my club teams profile, but we are playing the Prospect Select Tournament Sept. 22-24, 2017 in West Palm Beach, FL; Prospect Wire Tournament in Port St. Lucie, FL Oct. 20-22, 2018; and the WABA Juco All-Star Tournament in Lakeland, FL Oct. 27-29, 2017.
