Personal Statement
Baseball has been a huge impact in my life. I fell in love with the game when I was four and I eat sleep and breathe baseball. I have great work ethic and am very coach-able. I am a leader. Other players and coaches know I have a high baseball IQ and I am able to use that knowledge on the field. My height is around 6 feet and I weigh roughly 165 pounds. In Florida I did both recreation ball and travel ball for seven years. I made all stars for my recreation team. I often played above my age group for a challenge and to improve my skills each year. For the 2021 season I made 7AAA All region second team.
Baseball, however, isn't the only thing in life on which I focus. School is also a huge focus as well, I am a member of the National Society of High School Scholars. Both of my parents are teachers so they are always wanting for me to go above and beyond the standard. I have worked Special Olympics playing volleyball as a volunteer working with special needs students. I have earned academic awards throughout elementary, middle and high school. Some awards include Honor Roll, Student of the year in social studies, and Honor Society. I would like to go school in the Southeast or in the Southwest. When all said and done my dream is to play baseball in the next level.
