Rasheed @ UNC Pem...Hello. My name is RaSheed Jenkins (class of 2020).I am currently in the 11th grade with a GPA of 3.7 at Webster County High School, Preston, GA. As a Freshman, I led my team to a 11-11 record. We finish 1 spot away from making the the state playoffs. At the end of the season I received 1st Team All-Region, 1st Team Freshman Team, and Offensive/Defensive Player of the Year. As a Sophomore, our team struggled a lot because of fresh/young talent. We finished 4-16. I led the team in all categories and also the region in home runs hit (2). I received 1st Team All Region, Honorable Mention, and Offensive Player of the Year. This year ( Junior Year) we have high hopes and a HUGE opportunity on making the State Playoffs. I have a few highlights of me in the cage(https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=3QvjzJBwLvw &https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=o_TWBmtltJI&t=4s) and at a UNC Pembroke Camp (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=F7vt87oK3TQ&t=3s). I am a dynamic player who loves the game of baseball. I have one goal in life and that is to make it to the MLB and I have alot of talents to do it. Very coach-able, and smart in class. I have a quick bat and have the ability to steal a base even when I am supposed to be out. Smart, patient batter and a very skilled pitcher who likes to get ahead in the count. I may be the same like other players but I have one thing that they don't and that is HEART.
