July 2018Ever since I can remember I loved the game of baseball. I began playing organized baseball when I was 5 years old, and I’ve been playing ever since. My dream is to play baseball at the highest level that my hard work and athletic ability will allow me. I would like to find a college program that is a good fit for me athletically and academically.
I currently attend a selective enrollment college preparatory high school in Chicago. I excel in all of my Honors and AP level classes. I come from a family that taught me that hard work pays off. I have applied this to both academics and athletics. My coaches throughout the years have always said that I am extremely coachable, hardworking, and well liked on the team. I have always been viewed as a leader by my teammates both on and off the field. My speed is a valuable asset. I have led my team in stolen bases for the past several years. My natural athleticism and speed give me an edge in the field and on the base paths. With my abilities and baseball IQ I have been said to be a game changer. I look forward to playing baseball in college, and I’m confident I could make a valuable contribution to any team.
