My number one goal at the collegiate level is to become a great leader and to make my teammates and myself improve on and off the baseball field. I believe that my work in my community sets me apart from a lot of other athletes. I volunteer at Easterseals which provides interventions to help children of all abilities, including autism. I also frequently help out with ICCP’s youth baseball and football camps in the summer. Athletically I treat every rep as if it’s my last and I work as hard as I possibly can to get better at something everyday. Academically I challenge myself by enrolling in difficult classes and when necessary I often go see the teacher after or before school for extra help.
