Sam Mateski '24 Recruiting Profile

    Hello, I am Sam Mateski. I feel that I am an excellent candidate for your team for many reasons. For instance, I always put forth my best attitude and effort during the game, no matter what the score is. I feel these attributes are very important for a player to control and maintain. I strive to be a put forth leadership skills both on and off the field. In addition, I am also a very good student and have been able to maintain high grades as I participate in two school sports (football and baseball). I have a nearly perfect GPA on a 5.0 scale and am in honors classes that challenge my intellect. I carry my intelligence to the field being effective in coverage, tackling, blocking, and route running. My goal is to have the best overall academic experience while also excelling in football. Ultimately, I feel that I am a good candidate for your team because of these reasons. Thank you.
