Matt McGue '20 Recruiting Profile

My goals for college are to study in the trades field, auto mechanics/ mechanical repair, and to graduate with great grades, as well as furthering my baseball. I’m a very hard worker and can take directions very well, I’m always open to the insight of my coaches on how to improve my play. I’m very charismatic and easy to talk to and open up with. I have played baseball since 4th grade and have and extensive knowledge and experience with the game. My summer ball team won second place in 2015 in which I ranked high in the team and leagues stats. I was team captain the following year and won first place which I led the team in numerous stats and was placed on the all-star team. Academics are important to me, I turn in any late work I missed. I study for upcoming tests and exams, and always ask teachers for help if unclear of the topic. I strive to keep my grades at a moderate level or higher.
