Something I always work on is improvement. There's no point in going out on the field, day in and day out if your not making sure you became a better player than when you woke up that morning. Something that motivates me is that talent can take you far and you may be successful during your career with it, but talent alone won't make you better than someone who is working their hardest to one day take your spot.
