Cooper Griffin '23 Recruiting Profile

Passion and integrity would be a good way to describe my character.  I give 100% not only on my good days, but on my “off” days too.   I am a great student and a multi-sport athlete. I started Varsity baseball my sophomore year as a first baseman.   I am a power hitter and excel on first base.  My Freshman year I started JV baseball. I hit around .400 that season. I am very coachable and can easily adjust to suggestions given to me by coaching staff.  Example: hitting, fielding, being a leader.  I am very passionate about baseball and will take whatever it takes to make it to the next level.  I also play football as an offensive lineman, right guard and defensive tackle.  Going from baseball season (in Iowa we play Summer Baseball) and right into a football season takes adaptability  and commitment, both of which I successfully achieve.   My collegiate goals at this moment is to go into the medical field.   I look forward to attending a college that fits all my goals for a successful future.
