Personal Statement
I am looking for a college or university where I can contribute both in the classroom and on the diamond. I bring a tenacious work ethic, dedicated mindset and competitive drive that will help make my team successful. Baseball has always been a part of my life and my family. My great grandfather is in the hall of fame (Orange Peels), my grandfather was drafted by the Mets and my father still holds a record at the University of Hartford. So, baseball is literally "in my blood". One of my favorite things to do is talk stats with my dad and I look forward to using my extensive baseball knowledge as the building block for my academic path and career after college. I love being a leader on my team and an even better teammate.
