My name is Nick Fadden and I'll be graduating from Saint John's High School in the class of 2021. I've been playing the game of baseball for my entire life and it has become an important part of who I am. I strive to be the most versatile player I can be and look to help the team in any way I can. I'm willing to start games, come in and relieve, and play corner infield positions; however I can best help the team. I'm a highly coachable player and strongly value the input of coaches and teammates and am constantly driving myself to improve and lead.
I'm a both a dedicated player and student and understand that school comes first. I have always, and will continue to prioritize my classwork in college even while playing at the next level.
I understand the importance of hard work and believe that I have a lot of room for improvement. In the offseason I plan to continue my work in the weight room and prioritize pitching first exercises to help me reach my ultimate goal of 90+mph. Over the past year I've grown over 3 inches and added 25lbs to my frame, and have made the biggest improvements in my game thus far. I know this sharp improvement isn't over and am committed to dedicating myself this offseason to ensure this success continues into future seasons. As a college athlete I feel I bring a lot to the table as both a player and a leader and know I have room for future improvement.
