Personal Statement

I am a versatile infielder/outfielder with speed and power leading my HS and Summer teams in Home Runs and Stolen Bases. I am a multi-sport athlete playing varsity football (Wide Receiver/Cornerback/Punter) and intramural basketball. I am a young 2024 with a late May birthday but I have always been a leader and performed at the highest level on my school and travel teams.

I Made the All-Tournament Team for every tournament this summer which had an All-Tournament Team. I faced many D1 pitchers this year and had success. As a sophomore, I led my HS team in all hitting categories and led the Dual-County High School League in several. I led my Nokona Summer team in all hitting categories and had the highest fielding percentage of all everyday starters.

I have worked very hard with my hitting coach Dan Sullivan at the Nokona Athletic Center and training at Cressey Sports Performance with John O’Neil and Matt Bertochi(Central Connecticut). I am thankful to have outstanding coaches with Matt Wentworth(Union) at L-S and at the Nokona Chiefs with HC Gerry Carroll(Providence) and assistants Henry Weycker (Virginia Tech), Jack Schwartz (Tufts), Tucker Flint (LAA Inland Empire 66ers) and Brandon Anderson (SF Giants Scout). Putting in the work this year with my baseball and strength/performance coaches has enabled me to meet almost all of the goals I had for my sophomore season. I have learned that working hard and listening to the right people will help me achieve my future goals.

Lincoln Sudbury High School Team: Top 20-Ranked Division 1 Baseball Team, won the Dual County League and advanced to the 2nd round of the state playoffs. Key wins over Boston College High and St John's Prep. Lost to #4-Ranked Catholic Memorial 2-1. Five Seniors from my HS Team went on to play college baseball (Maryland, Franklin & Pierce, Denison, Hobart, St. Joe's).

Nokona Chiefs 16u Team:  19-8-2 won the 17U/16U NB Select Summer Classic and advanced out of pool play (3-0-1) to bracket playoffs in the PerfectGame WWBA National Championship in Atlanta, Ga.  Tied (8-8) Tri-County National 24 (CA) with 7 D1 commits and 9 players ranked better than Top 500 in nation including the #13 ranked catcher committed to Vanderbilt. I went 1-2 with 3 RBIs and a walk in this game against the #34 nationally ranked RHP.  My Nokona Chiefs team has Four D1 Commits already (Virginia Tech, Northeastern, Yale and Stonehill).
