Vincent Caruso '25 Recruiting Profile

Hello, my name is Vincent Anthony Caruso. I am currently a Freshman at Pompton Lakes High School in Pompton Lakes, NJ. I am 15 years old, 6’1”  and 165lbs, my Birthdate  is April 23, 2007.  I am a starter for the PLHS JV Team, along with Hustle Baseball Academy. My primary position is 1B, but play both corners. I am also a right handed pitcher and hitter. I currently throw 73 mph consistently and topped out at 75 mph.  I utilize 3 pitches (2 seam fastball, curveball, & changeup).  I have been playing baseball since I was 5 years old, and my passion for baseball only grows greater as I get older. My greatest friendships and mentors have been found on the field. I have been fortunate to have found Hustle Baseball Academy who has taught me the strong fundamentals and mechanics of baseball. I am a player who has been taught to play hard and your best on every play, and give every player and coach the utmost respect. This has become the foundation of the player that I am today. I am a strong academic student, and continuing to improve each and everyday. I believe in being a well-rounded athlete and have a strong work ethic. My goals are to play college baseball while earning an academic degree in Architectural & Engineering. My Family & Coaches have taught me the meaning of dedication as it comes to both my athletic & academic goals in life.
