Dear Coaches,
I am a highly determined and competitive multi-sport athlete who loves the grind of baseball. My high school does not carry a baseball team so I strictly play club baseball during the Summer and Fall. This setback has never limited me from pouring countless hours into this sport, even after taking a two year break. In addition to baseball, I run Cross Country and Track-and-Field for The Wilberforce School and compete at a very high level in both sports. I believe my work ethic will take me places where others' talent cannot. I pride myself on this disciplined work ethic in not just baseball, but in all aspects of life.
I work extremely hard academically and prioritize my academics before my athletics to maintain great grades in every class. My GPA is 3.82, but I have maintained a 3.92 GPA after Freshman year. My goal is to attend any academically rigorous school, where I can balance both challenging classes and grind the sport I love most.
