Ricardo Leon '26 Recruiting Profile

I want to play at the next level because the passion I have of the sport of baseball I have played pretty much my whole life and have loved it from the start. I love baseball because it really helps me with self control and mental confidence because most of the sport is mental. I have always played 3rd base and always been a pitcher. I have really loved pitching because I get to control the pace of the game. Controlling the pace really requires being able to have good repetition and consistency and I have always been strong with those skills. I have always been a good pitcher my most effective pitch is my curveball I have a lot of control over it and really good command.

As far as academics go,I want to gain more knowledge for the sport of baseball. I am wanting to study business because I have always wanted to own my own fishing  guide service. I have always loved fishing just as much as I love baseball. Focusing on college baseball and business would let me do the two things I am Most passionate about.
