Nolan Comerford '25 Recruiting Profile

My name is Nolan Comerford and I have been fortunate to be a part of some competitive teams on Long Island.  I have traveled to many states to play competitive baseball in tournaments including N.Y, CT, S.C, and N.J. I have been lucky to have these opportunities along with incredible coaches and teammates throughout the years.  As a pitcher and middle infielder, I am always eager to lead and encourage my teammates.  

My primary positions are at RHP/SS/3B but feel very comfortable playing anywhere in the IF/OF.  I work year-round on programs to improve overall strength and mechanics as well. This year will be my second year playing with the varsity team.  Throughout the off season I continue 3 days a week with hitting & defensive workouts as well as working with a college pitching coach weekly to continue to my overall development.   I have also been lucky to work with a former coach of mine and former MLB player, for hitting lessons.  Both relationships that I value greatly and feel as if have helped me grow and learn.  

I continue to work hard with keeping my academics up to par as my GPA is currently weighted 4.0 (94.8) which includes AP Word History, Honors Math and Science, along with honors Spanish, AP English.  It is my hope that my high GPA in addition to my passion and dedication to the sport of baseball will help me in the search for a collegiate level team that I can continue to learn and grow from.
