I am grateful to the game of baseball because of the life lessons it has taught me. To me, baseball is more than just a game. Baseball has shown me the value of mental toughness, being accountable for my actions, and showing respect to my coaches, teammates, opponents, umpires, and the game itself.
My baseball goals include wanting to follow in the footsteps of my mom, my grandfathers, and my uncles by becoming a competitive athlete at the collegiate level. My dedication to disciplined off-the-field training, skills sharpening, weight training, and mental preparation have gotten me recognized by my high school coaching staff who promoted me to the JV team as a freshman. In addition, I feel that I am a valuable teammate because of the leadership and support I provide to my team.
I want to find a college that supports my dream of being a well rounded student-athlete. I hope to find a reputable school with a solid athletics program. I am open to attending any size school preferably between the Midwest and the east coast. I am excited and eager to find a college that is the best fit for me and will allow me to continue to develop and showcase my baseball skills.
