Andrew Schild '13 Recruiting Profile

I'd like to work in the Construction Management field either as an engineer or technician. My goals as a Senior is to obtain as high a grade point as possible and continue to work as a clerk in a supermarket. I plan to take the ACT again after a preparatory course through Kaplan. I don't mind leaving my state for school, because I've traveled with my parents many times to places like the Grand Canyon and Yosemite and loved the experience. I like meeting new people from all walks of life. I'm playing fall baseball, running and lifting to prepare for my Senior year of baseball. I can now long toss 300 feet. I'm dedicated to improving my performance as a pitcher, hitter, and fielder. I dream of playing college baseball and, someday, pro-ball. I feel that I'm an asset on anyone's baseball team. I like pitching in big games. I won the first game of the Sectional Tournament 6 to 2. We were leading the Sectional Championship 5 to 4 when I left the mound in the sixth, only to eventually lose the game in seven innings. I led my team in starts with 11, innings with 45, strikeouts with 38, and decisions with 10. So, any college that I attend will be getting a good student and determined baseball player.
