Devin Layton '16 Recruiting Profile

I have a few goals for college and my life ahead. My highest aspiration is to play college baseball and be one of the best, as well as go on to play in the MLB. I also want to achieve a degree I can utilize in case baseball does not work out for me after college. I would be a great candidate for for any coach's team because I am a dedicated, hardworking, coachable, versatile team player. When faced with adversity I handle it very well, and do not let it affect me. I always have a positive attitude, and good body language. I always give my best effort no matter what it is that I am doing. I am not just hard working on the field though, I am also hardworking in the classroom. I show up to class on time everyday, and always turn in my work on time. I have a 3.97 GPA, and am ranked in the top 12% of my graduating class.
