Edward (Eddie) Walsh '26 Recruiting Profile

I am Eddie Walsh, a Junior at Avon Old Farms - Class of 2026. I am also extremely interested in pursuing my baseball career throughout high school, college, and beyond.

I am extremely driven, hard-working, and dedicated to my academics and athletic goals.  I am also extremely coachable and a leader on and off the field.

I have always loved the game of baseball since I started. I am always willing to try new things to get better and improve my game. Whether it is on-field training, in the gym, or doing things at home (watching film and games), I take a great deal of pride in improving my athletic and academic goals. I always strive to keep my grades up and remain an honor student. I would be a great addition to your team and any team for which I am a part of. I love being a part of the team environment, working to make each and every member of the team better, and working together to achieve success individually and as a team. I fully understand the importance of being unselfish in order to ensure our team and my teammates are successful. I love the brothership that you form from playing on teams and would love to become a part of your program. I would push my teammates to get better and hope that they push me to get better each and every day so we form a great team.

My goals have always been to attend college and play baseball at the highest level. So I will continue to do the little things that will help me to achieve that dream.
