Donovan Bernal '25 Recruiting Profile

I began playing baseball at the age of four and it has turned into a game I will play for life. I am the oldest of four, all brothers, and baseball is something we can all bond over. I enjoy helping my younger brothers with their baseball skills and cheering them on as they cheer me on. My mom has always made sure that I get to play even when it is hard times. Playing ball is my happy place and continuing to play in college would be a dream come true. I am a hard worker and a team player. I always show up early to practice and do extra work on and off the field. I strive to do my best in school by challenging myself with my honors classes. I know that to get where I want to be in the future it will take both academics and hard work on the field. I have a huge support system that pushes me to always do my best and will be there to pick me up when I am in a rough spot.
