Aaron Hassell '16 Recruiting Profile

My name is Aaron Hassell, I am a senior at Lake Highlands High School in Dallas Texas, preparing to graduate June 2016.  I primarily pitch (RHP) however am a solid 1st basemen. I have also played year round baseball since age 5 and select club baseball since age 11 (Dallas Patriots and Texas Stix BB Club).

I have a high baseball IQ and a leader on and off the field. I have had great coaching (private and club ball) and personal mentorship from Dax Powell for many years. I have assisted coaching youth baseball and men's softball. My summer jobs include teaching fundamentals to young pitchers as well as fielding and batting instruction. I also umpire youth baseball and am a trusted "baby sitter" for kids age 3 months and up.

I hope to play college baseball while earning a degree in engineering. I am also interested law enforcement and specifically in the Game Warden service.
