Dakari Hayes '24 Recruiting Profile

Dakari; means happiness, joy, or rejoice from the Bible. Happiness is what we all strive for in life and I feel that baseball gives me this. After playing many different sports as a child my calling was found in baseball.   I enjoy the feeling I get when I am on the mound and able to use my skill set against opponents, outsmarting them with just an adjustment of my hand positioning making them swing and miss on a change up on the ground or a chase and miss curve ball on a lefty.  I aspire to obtain my dream of continued happiness by taking advantage of what collegiate baseball has to offer. I  am looking for a college where I can be a part  of a family and grow as a young player.
