Over the past four years, I have trained with a coach during the Fall and Winter months. Worked out multiple times a week in preparation for Baseball in the Spring and Summer.
Arm Strength & Running

Over the past two years, I started eating well and staying in shape year round. Focused on improving my velocity with a good long toss program, quality exercises such as shoulder routines. My goal is to achieve continued improvement in my overall shape, arm strength and speed. I'm also running to build up my legs.
