I have two primary collegiate goals and aspirations:
A close-knit team experience, on and off the field, forming bonds that last a lifetime;
Academically, a school that helps accelerate my career as a medical doctor, nurse or psychiatrist.
With a competitive nature, I always try to stay positive in confronting adversity on and off the field, and help my teammates do so as well. To prepare for games, I think about what I can do to help the team, and visualize positive situations.
My coaches tell me they consider me very “coachable” when they ask me to do something to improve my own or my teammates performance, and I like to push myself to grow my game.
This character trait follows me off the field. What counts in life is what you do when no one else is watching.
