Kolby Barnes '21 Recruiting Profile

My name is Kolby Barnes. I live in Galax, Virginia and enrolled in school at Galax High School. I have been a four year starter on the Varsity baseball team. As a freshman, I earned 1st Team All-District and 1st Team All-Region honors as a catcher.  My sophomore year, I earned All-State honors.  I have been playing baseball since I was five years old with hopes of playing at college level.   My primary position has been a catcher with some playing time as a pitcher and outfield.  I am committed to doing my best on the field as well as academics.  My goal is to play baseball while getting a college education and be successful doing both.
