I am a hard worker, I don't give 100% or 110% or 125% I give 200%, I never stop, I play like it's my last day ever playing.  I always take responsibility for the things I've done wrong in a game, practice etc. I never blame an umpire, I don't try to find a way to blame a teammate that had nothing to do with it, and I don't blame something that goes wrong, I don't even say what happened, I just say my bad, or I'll get it next time.  I never stop playing my hardest wether we're up by 30 runs or down by 30 runs, because it's never impossible to come back up.
