My name is Liam Stewart, and I am a senior at Clover Hill High School. At Clover Hill, I was accepted and attend the specialty learning program called the Math and Science Center. This program is allowing me the opportunity to expand my education at a higher level and to better prepare me so I can get into a good college. My goal is to be accepted and to attend an academically challenging college where I can continue to play baseball. I have been playing baseball since I was 5 years old with my dream to play in the MLB. I currently play for Coach Chris Martin at RISE Baseball Academy on the2024 showcase team. I played JV Baseball for my 8th grade and freshman year then earned my spot on the varsity team in the starting pitching rotation on the Clover Hill Varsity team starting my sophomore year. In the off-season, I worked very hard in both the gym and kitchen, gaining in both pitching velocity and muscle. My hard work and dedication to the sport is shown by the work I put in up at RISE working on my pitching and hitting mechanics 5 to 6 days a week, as well as doing strength and conditioning training 4 times a week with Coach Dustin Sollars. I also have been playing rec league basketball since I was 7 and made the varsity volleyball team as a sophomore. I work as hard off the field as I do on the field.
