Matt Nelson '17 Recruiting Profile

My number one goal for a college is a university that will challenge me academically, as I take my studies very seriously. In addition, I would love to play baseball at the collegiate level. My goal is to play shortstop, but I would play wherever the team needs me. I am a great teammate, as I always encourage my teammates, regardless of my performance or their performance. My coaches know that I am very competitive. I know where to go with the ball and will make smart baseball plays on a consistent basis. My dream is to find a college that matches my academic and baseball goals.
